This vintage of Orange is a blend of destemmed Gewürztraminer (for spice, palate weight and citrus oil aromas) and wholecluster-fermented Pinot gris and Chardonnay (for brightness, texture and refinement) that spent 274 days on skins in egg-shaped fermenters. After draining and basket pressing, the wine aged for two months in old French oak barrels before bottling.
