Firewatch is a special, limited production (only two barrels produced) white wine made exclusively from Pinot gris grown at Matteri Vineyard. The vineyard is located on the western edge of the Willamette Valley and is planted on a rocky, shallow uplift of the ancient ocean floor. The wine was gently direct-pressed and mostly fermented in stainless steel tank before aging for nine months in neutral French oak barrels.
