Chardonnay grapes were direct-pressed and settled briefly in tank before racking to a combination of new and neutral French and Oregon oak barrels where the wine underwent spontaneous fermentation (primary and secondary). After several months of resting in barrel on the lees, the wine was gently racked for clarity prior to bottling without any fining or filtration.
