The newest member of our wine family— an orange-ish wine produced from half direct-press Pinot gris, 30% wholecluster skin-macerated Muscat Canelli, and 20% wholecluster skin-macerated Riesling. The skin-macerated portion was allowed to ferment for 4-6 weeks before the wine was assembled in stainless steel tank where it rested on its lees for the next 11 months.
