Piquette
Our piquette is a bubbly beverage made from the pomace (pressed skins, stems, seeds and all) from our Do Nothing, rehydrated with local water, a little Pacific Northwest-grown sugar and a bit of Riesling juice. Call it “the beer of champagnes,” “hot dog water,” or “Burgundy-flavored White Claw”— just don’t call this wine! At 7% alcohol, this is a fun easy-drinking fizzy beverage meant for bbq’s, picnics, relaxation and general good times.
Tasting notes
Fresh melon, agua de jamaica, jasmine tea, and sun-ripened Oregon raspberries.
